I have a Neospring account now and the usual updates
I don't complain enough about the fact that bearblog doesn't have a comment system. I'd love to get comments and I'm sure someone would like to comment once in a while, and that's just not possible. On the other hand, I'm very lazy and don't want to make a new website by myself, and besides I like the system here, so this is just how it's going to be for now.
That's why I have my email on the homepage in case anyone feels like getting in touch (giganddra@gmail.com), and now I created a Neospring account. It's one of those services you use to get questions, and I figured it's probably better to use than sending an email. So here it is, ask me anything anytime, or send whatever, even anonymously, I'll try to answer it. It'll be on the blog's home as well. I've heard this one has a really good blocking system so it should be good to avoiding weird questions and stuff like that… Not that I think I'll get any, but you know, better to have it.
So just a short post today. For life stuff, I've just got some work from my only direct client and last night I passed a test for a new agency! Which makes me happy cause I really need to get some better projects to work with, and those are very important steps in that direction. Of course, passing a test isn't guarantee of getting work, but I'll remain optimistic because, honestly, most agencies won't even bother responding your emails, so the fact that they were actively interested in testing and getting me settled in their online platform probably means something.
Yesterday I also finished reading The Táin, the big epic of early Irish mythology. It was absolutely fantastic, and I'm glad I got into it cause it's become an obsession of sorts (The Táin even has yaoi!). I know there are still stories I haven't read pertaining the Ulster Cycle, but finally reading the Big One feels like closing a cycle, no pun intended, although that won't stop me from thinking about Cú Chulainn & friends & enemies. I do legitimately recommend this to everybody, it's been an absolute blast. My life has been that and watching Saint Seiya, basically, when I'm not working. Good month to get into works where a lot of Guys do Stuff.
